Main job purpose
To lead, manage and support the entire operation of a Fitment Centre, by enforcing and driving Company norms and aligning business to the Company Strategy.
Main ideal
insure the achievement of company budgets by managing charges through effective stock control, generating deals, effective cash operation and strict adherence to company processes that will affect in sustainable profitability and growth.
Establish a culture of trust, effective communication, cooperation and aligned platoon dynamic towards achieving business crucial Performance pointers( KPI’s) through effective leadership, performance operation and KPI shadowing.
Manage excellent client service by empowering all staff through training openings to insure loftiest situations of Net protagonist Scores( NPS) are achieved by delivering exceptional client service through timeous communication, one call resolution and effective scheduling.
apply compliance to standard business practises and procedures by conducting checks on counter deals, review Price Purchase friction( PPV) and Internal Transfer of Stock( ITS) so as to reduce stock loss and use end of day reports to cover Fitment Centre performance so as to alleviate overall threat.
