Description
PURPOSE OF POSITION: Leading a store platoon to meet business KPIs including driving deals, bring control, mollifying pitfalls and stock loss, administration and icing world class store norms.
Liabilities
Increase deals by fastening on client service and world- class store norms, conservation of the store image, stock operation and promotional perpetration
Stock loss is minimised by having a healthy store culture and following security measures, stock and cash running procedures.
Manage cost according to the company low cost culture by driving edge in the store.
Insure executive duties within the store are done according to the company guidelines.
Leading a dynamic platoon of pistols- taking responsibility for platoon training, coaching and performance.
Norms – maintain general health, safety and housekeeping norms

JOB Conditions
Grade 12
Complete in English.
Applicable tertiary education- a degree/ parchment in a business/ retail affiliated field would be an advantage.
Immaculately 1- 2 times experience in a retail terrain within a leadership part.
Computer knowledgeable( Microsoft and/ or Google GSuite- will be an advantage).
ATTRIBUTES NEEDED
A passion for retail is essential to deliver a world- class client experience.
Demonstrate integrity and amenability to go the redundant afar.
Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership chops
Strong directorial capabilities- capability to plan, lead, organise and control.
Capability to work under pressure in a fast- paced terrain.
